CANCELLATION POLICY:
Reservation canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit prepayment. There will be a $50.00 cancelation fee for reservation canceled more than 30 days prior to your arrival date.

If the canceled dates can be filled the entire deposit will be refunded except the $50.00.

Any legal documentation will be emailed to you.
We require a deposit of $300.00 on a MasterCard or VISA to confirm your reservation. Your card will be held on file and the remainder of all rents and fees must be paid 30 days before your stay. Your deposit, less any extra charges, will be credited to the card on file no later than 30 days after your stay. It takes about 4 days for a credit to show up on your card.
